MARIO KART TOURNAMENT - BLOCK 1

SICK is teaming up with Northern Game Expo to bring you a Mario Kart Tournament on our cinema screen, and best of all - it's all ages! Most of our weekend will be filled with spooky 18+ events, but everyone is welcome to join in on some gaming fun! Spots are very limited, and day or weekend passes must be purchased to take part a week in advance of the tournament! Ages 13 and under are free - but must be accompanied by an adult! Prizes to be announced!

MATTHEW MACCALLUM - CREATURE ACTOR PANEL

2:00pm - 3:00pm

Canadian creature actor Matthew MacCallum will be with us Saturday September 17th to talk all about his work on films such as Guillermo del Toro's Nightmare Alley and Sudbury shot Resident Evil: Welcome To Raccoon City. Matt has played zombies, aliens and more, and will be there to show us the ins and out of working with prosthetics and effects! He will also be able to answer your burning questions about life on set.

JOE WHYTE AND JOLENE ANDERSON RESIDENT EVIL VOICE ACTOR PANEL

3:00pm - 4:00pm

Voice Actors Joe Whyte and Jolene Anderson will join us on the big screen to talk about their experiences working on the Resident Evil game franchise.Joe Whyte voiced Chris Redfield in the 2002 Resident Evil remake and the 2015 remaster, and Jolene Anderson voiced Ada Wong in the 2019 Resident Evil 2 remake. Both actors are very experienced in the voice acting industry and will be able to delve into all of the details you have been wondering!

Barry is out on the town on a bender and is abducted by aliens. Barry takes a backseat as an alien visitor assumes control of his body and takes it for a joyride through Cape Town. What follows is an onslaught of drugs and violence as our alien tourist enters the weird and wonderful world of humankind. Fried Barry is based upon the short film of the same name, which earned 57 official selections and 12 wins at festivals around the world.
